This building was originally built as a hen house. In 1974 the building was enlarged by a factor of 4 and has been used as a simple residential building ever since. The building has no basement. The small house has a sophisticated floor plan.
In the early 2000’s, the building was insulated and a gas central heating system was installed in addition to the wood heating.
