The organisation
All tenants are responsible for the maintenance work on the settlement. These include:
- Lawn mowing
- Cleaning public places and accesses
- Cleaning stairwells, laundry rooms, general rooms
- Bundling newspapers for disposal
The caretaker and the tenants hold an annual house-session, at which the work is distributed. In addition to specific tasks, the caretakers are also responsible for gently reminding the tenants of their obligations.
1 – 2 x per year, a Saturday work party is held to which all tenants are invited (Fire, sausage and bread are provided).
Pets are allowed, with the exception of dogs
