Rusterholz AG is the owner of a 7,800 m² plot of land in Niederlenz, Switzerland, on which a total of 23 differently sized rental apartments are available in seven different buildings. The oldest building is around 180 years old and the newest was completed in 2010 to the latest energy standard.
What is our philosophy?
Rusterholz AG attaches great importance to good coexistence between all tenants. A good mix of all ages is stimulating and enriching for all residents. The shared green areas and outbuildings (community room, laundry room, workshop) offer the opportunity to meet your neighbors.
