The property of Rusterholz AG lies between Wildeggerstrasse and Schürz. It has a size of 7’800 m2.
A total of 23 apartments of different sizes are available in seven buildings. The oldest building is about 180 years old; the youngest one was completed in 2010 in the latest energy standard.
The large outside area can be used by all renting parties and by the children for playing. The only exceptions are the private garden seating areas.
There are two barbecue areas, two communal tables, large play areas, a small public room, a sauna, a well-equipped wood workshop and a guest room which can be rented at a reasonable price (Fr. 10.-/day).
