These include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lawn mowing<\/li>\n<li>Cleaning public places and accesses<\/li>\n<li>Cleaning stairwells, laundry rooms, general rooms<\/li>\n<li>Bundling newspapers for disposal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/rusterholz-ag.ch\/en\/kontakt\/kontaktpersonen\/\">caretaker <\/a>and the tenants hold an annual house-session, at which the work is distributed. In addition to specific tasks, the caretakers are also responsible for gently reminding the tenants of their obligations.<\/p>\n<p>1 &#8211; 2 x per year, a Saturday work party is held to which all tenants are invited (Fire, sausage and bread are provided).<\/p>\n<p>Pets are allowed, with the exception of dogs<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The organisation All tenants are responsible for the maintenance work on the settlement.
